Role Summary
At SThree, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Intern to join our recruitment team.
This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work on impactful projects, and develop skills in sales and marketing. The ideal candidate is driven, adaptable, and eager to learn while contributing to team success.
Location & Details
- Location: Ginza, Tokyo
- Duration: Short to long-term (2-month contract with possibility to renew)
- Working Hours Expectation: At least 15 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate regeneration: Contact candidates in the database and update their status
- Name collecting / headhunting: Gather company insights by speaking with candidates
- Candidate screening: Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability
- Database management: Maintain accurate records and ensure legal compliance
- Market mapping: Analyse the market to identify potential candidates and opportunities

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work from the office
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Language proficiency: Fluent in either Japanese or English
