Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Intern to join our recruitment teams. Key Responsibilities

Candidate Regeneration: Making calls to candidates in the database and updating their status
Name Collecting/Headhunting: Calling candidates in the database to collect information about their companies.
Candidate Screening: Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for open positions.
Database Management: Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Market Mapping: Analysing and mapping the market to identify potential candidates and opportunities

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Can work at our office
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Language proficiency (Fluent either in Japanese or English)
