We are looking for recruitment consultants to join our expanding team in Dubai! As a recruiter with us, you’ll impact people’s lives in more ways than you can imagine – finding them great roles, guiding them to explore new opportunities and changing their lives for the better.

But we understand you might not have the relevant experience. So to help you get there, we’ve put together customised training and development programmes and modules to give you all the skills you’ll need to become a professional recruiter. Key Responsibilities:
- You will get the opportunity to engage in sales and business development to build out your network
- You will be able to create as well as maintain business records within our global database to ensure customers’ information are correctly captured
- You will achieve the ability to understand the end to end recruitment process, and deliver a world class service to both our clients and candidates
- You will learn how to negotiate pay and salary rates, as well as employment offers between candidates and clients
- You will learn how to promote yourself and your service offerings through various channels in a proactive and professional manner
Requirements:
- Passion and willingness to learn the relevant market or sector that you will be recruiting for
- Strong IT skills for use in relevant applications (you will be given training)
- Effective communication skills (Our internal business language is English)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-led environment is an advantage
