Job Description:

SThree is seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. If you are passionate about recruitment, results-driven, and constantly seeking new challenges, we would love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment process from candidate sourcing to placement.
• Identify, attract, and assess talent using a variety of sourcing methods.
• Maintain and develop a database of qualified candidates.
• Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate placement terms with candidates and clients.
• Achieve and exceed performance targets.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong results and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of candidate sourcing tools and techniques.
• Dutch/French & English speaker
